The Skytech On/Off remote control provides the heat and ambiance of gas fireplaces with a simple click of a button. The remote control transmitter runs on (1) 12V battery that operates a 2 button ON/OFF function which transmits wirelessly to a receiver that operates on (4) AA batteries. The receiver connects to all standard millivolt valves, and can be mounted up to 20 feet away(with additional wiring) from the fireplace. Within 30 Days of Purchase Most in-stock items can be returned within 30 days from your purchase date for a full refund. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. If the product shows signs of use, damage, or is missing components, your return may be rejected or the refund amount reduced based on its condition.

31 to 60 Days After Purchase For returns initiated between 31 and 60 days from the purchase date, we offer store credit only. Please note that these returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Non-Returnable Items Please be aware that custom-ordered products, personalized items, and special-order items are generally not eligible for return or exchange. We also cannot accept returns on items that have been installed or are not in their original, resalable condition.

Processing Time:

Once you place an order, our team will carefully process it. In-stock items typically ship within 1-3 business days. Some items need to come from the factory in the case allow 1-7 business days for the item(s) to ship. Please note that these processing times may vary during peak seasons. Special Order items may take 1-6 weeks depending on the product you've purchased. Please consult one of our team members if you're looking for a better estimated ship date.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:

Larger Accessories & Gas Log Sets (e.g., grates, heavier log holders, gas log sets): These may ship via standard ground services or specialized freight depending on weight and dimensions, with an estimated delivery time of 5-10 business days after processing.

Electric Fireplaces & Inserts (larger/heavier items): Due to their size and weight, electric fireplaces and inserts often ship via freight carrier. Freight delivery typically takes 7-14 business days after processing. For freight deliveries, the carrier will usually contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Please ensure someone is available to accept and inspect the delivery.

Damaged or Missing Shipments:

For Damaged Items: If you notice any damage to the packaging or the product itself upon delivery, please make a note of it with the delivery driver (if applicable) and take photos immediately.
